Location is perfect for walking to attractions and nearby subway access. Elevators are a real pain; often slow and crowded. They offer bike rentals for exploring the city.

Location is awesome, super close to Central Park and Times Square. Elevators were slow and crowded, especially during peak hours. Enjoyed renting bikes nearby to explore the city. Room was clean but could have used some upgrades. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location and comfy beds. Only one lift working made waits long.

You can practically drift into Central Park in two minutes! The staff is super friendly and the place is as clean as a whistle.
Getting stuck waiting for elevators felt like I enrolled in a reality show.

Location is the undeniable strength of this hotel. Nestled in the heart of Manhattan, it’s a stone’s throw from Central Park and Times Square. Excellent coffee and fresh rolls available in the lobby add a nice touch to the morning routine. Staff, particularly housekeeping, were friendly and responsive. the drawbacks cannot be overlooked. Rooms are disappointingly small, and my encounters with various staff were inconsistent. I faced a baffling $2,000 deposit issue, and the noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable. the maintenance issues—broken drawers and peeling bathroom coatings—need urgent attention. For the price, greater attention to amenities and service is expected. A few adjustments could elevate the overall experience significantly.

Convenient location, friendly staff with an excellent check-in experience and a well-maintained room that featured a super comfortable bed.
Nothing is perfect.

The room was spacious, much larger than anticipated, which added to our comfort. the air conditioner emitted a bad smell, which was bothersome, and its lack of independent control made adjusting the temperature challenging. The bathroom was less than ideal with a lingering odor and wallpaper issues. Noise levels were fairly manageable most nights, but the room could use a more thorough cleaning. While the location was fantastic, the elevators were painfully slow, and the housekeeping standards needed improvement.

Just wanted to share my thoughts on Park Central. The location was super convenient for exploring New York on foot or by metro. The staff was friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room itself was clean, but the narrow space between the bed and table was a bit cramped. One thing that stood out to me was the issue with the elevator situation. It seemed like there weren't enough working elevators, which caused long wait times and overcrowding. The TV in the room also had some issues with turning off and on at times, which was a bit frustrating. Plus, the lack of a clock or alarm clock in the room was a small inconvenience. the ability to adjust the AC in the room was a nice touch, and having coffee available was a bonus. the lack of a fridge or coffee maker was a downside, and it was a bit hard to find water easily in the hotel. Park Central has its strengths like its location and helpful staff, but there are definitely areas that could be improved, especially in terms of elevator functionality and room amenities. Just some things to keep in mind !

The location was primo, super close to Times Square, Broadway, and Central Park! Plus, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. the staff were mega helpful and friendly. You can easily walk to cool spots or hop on the subway right across the street.
The rooms could use a refresh, a bit worn out with some maintenance issues. In one room, noisy AC and a broken window were a hassle.

Location is ideal for Central Park and 5th Avenue. Room was hot and stuffy, even with the window open.

This hotel is just a block from Central Park and a short walk to Times Square, making it incredibly convenient for my weekend strolls and museum visits; I loved how I could easily explore famous spots like The Museum of Modern Art and Bryant Park, all within walking distance, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; the room I stayed in was comfy and quiet, but it could really use a refrigerator.

Park Central boasts a prime location, just a stone's throw from Central Park and Times Square, making it ideal for sightseeing. The spacious room, featuring a lovely lounge area, provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Great nearby delis and coffee shops added to the convenience!

The room was dusty, the bathroom tiles were grimy, and the dim lights made everything worse. It felt neglected, especially for a hotel that’s supposed to be 4-star.

Exploring Central Park was a delight for our family, offering a serene escape amidst the bustling city. We were captivated by the vibrant energy of Times Square and the enchanting views from the top of the double decker bus tour.
My kids wished for a children's play area.

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help! ! Plus, the breakfast was solid and refilled often.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it all felt worth it.

Great central location, just minutes from the park. The lobby had a stylish vibe, and the staff was mostly welcoming. We had issues with the elevators—only one working during peak times was a hassle. While my room was clean and spacious, I did face a troubling experience with a missing item; management didn’t respond well to my concerns. A lovely bar, but it shut down early for private events, which felt a bit inconsiderate. Charges were taken early without notice, adding to a series of minor frustration. Still, the overall atmosphere showed potential.

We had a blast exploring Central Park and Times Square, taking tons of selfies with the coolest backgrounds! The location was epic, easy to hop on a double decker bus tour and check out the rad views of the city!
Could use some more fun party vibes for young peeps like us – maybe an on-site club or cool hangout spot! .

The lobby grab, and, go surpassed my expectations, with coffee from Nespresso and treats from Amy's Bread. I had a blast exploring Broadway, MoMa's dining, and catching a show at Dizzy's Jazz club!
Rolling around on lumpy, plastic, like beds was a joy! .

The elevator wait time was excruciating, with long waits and overcrowding. Only one small food shop was open, offering limited options. However, the spacious room and central location were impressive. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Our experience at the hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Elsa and Anna, who ensured our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The hotel's amenities, including the 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, and restaurant, were top-notch. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, from the flat-screen TV to the in-room safe. The location was perfect, situated in a bustling area with easy access to major attractions. The outstanding service and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable.
The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the need for some repairs in the bathroom. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience.

i had a fantastic stay at park central. the location was perfect, in a nice, quiet, safe part of town, yet close to times square. the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the general manager was very nice and helpful. the bar/lounge was very pleasant to relax in, and the hotel was close to a subway line, making it handy for getting around.
Can’t fault the property in any way 😊
